At Lems Shoes, we want your feet to be happy, which is why we offer a 60-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. We strive to make the process as seamless as possible to ensure you find the perfect fit for your next adventure.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, or choose a QR code option for a printerless experience at participating drop-off locations.

• 3.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place your unworn Lems in their original shoebox and secure them inside a separate shipping mailer or box to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
